Up for auction is a 2000 Chevy c3500 one ton bucket truck.
It is a two-owner truck that has truly been well maintained.
7.4 v8 engine with 146,000 original miles.
New jasper transmission at 132,000( I do not have the paperwork for it but there is a jasper decal under hood with a reference number. I"m sure paperwork could be obtained from Jasper.)
It has a 28 ft boom that works flawlessly.
also equipped with a 4500 watt Onan generator with 633 hrs run time. generator works great and fires up every time.
Truck also has on board air compressor.
Truck runs and drives as it should. Transmission shifts as it should and no engine lights or ABS lights on. The interior is in good shape for the year with no major rips in the seat ( one small tear about 1.5 inches on passenger side bottom). I think there is one hole in the mat where drivers heel has worn it out. It will need a good interior clean if you like things to be neat and tidy. All of the door locks on the bins work and we do have the keys for them. The exterior paint is in good condition. It shines well and has no peeling. Could probably use a wax but again that"s your preference.
This truck was a decommissioned Verizon truck and they maintain all of there vehicles to a very high standard. It appears to have fairly new belt and hoses recently. The front tires are between 10/32nds and 12/32nds. the rear tires are around 5/32nds and do have some dry rot and cracking.
It also has a ladder rack, and beacon lights on the boom.
There is no rust on the body of the truck and only a couple spots on the service body exterior portion. Inside the compartments forward and aft of the left and right rear tire there is some rust due to the tire throwing water and debris. It"s not all the way through but it is there. ( I will include pic.)
The frame is solid and has only light surface rust..

The remaining balance is due in full within 7 days. Vehicle or Title will not be released until payment is made in full and it clears our bank. NO EXCEPTIONS..

Overall this truck is in great usable condition. While not perfect cosmetically it seems to be in great mechanical condition. It starts up the first time every time.
I have set a low reserve compared to what most people are asking for these in worse condition. So bid often and bid to win.
Please don"t ask me what the reserve price is as it is an auction format and I prefer to let that take it"s course.
