Up for UNRESERVED auction is a 2000 Chevy one ton HD Bucket Truck for parts or repair. The truck has been off the road for a few years and has some issues that would need to be addressed to put it back into service. I purchased with plans to fix it and never got around to it.
Here"s what I know about it:
454ci engine with 132k miles and auto Transmission. Runs well but has Exhaust leaks.
Hydraulic line that runs to controls in bucket is bad. Bucket can be controlled from the ground only at this time.
Last time it was driven the front drivers brake hung up. It will need rotor, caliper, bearings, brake hose. .
19.5 wheels with miss-matched tires
Power invertor
Cracked windshield
Needs battery, etc.
Any interested buyer should view the truck in person before bidding. This truck would need a lot of tlc to put it back to work and will need to be trailered due to the front brake issue. I have priced the truck to sell with no reserve and a low starting price.
