Excellent truck that just drove from San Diego to Raleigh NC December 2-6 2016 with no issues at all.
Gas 7.4 Chevy engine (big block chevy) with LATE MODEL FUEL INJECTION - This means electronic throttle control, coil near plug ignition, multi point fuel injection. Hassle free.
Allison Transmission -Electronic Controlled Firm shifting. I drove this fully loaded pulling a car on a tow dolly over the mountains at 50-55mph on the uphill grades.
19.5 Inch Tires - Front Tires are New (Drivers is new - had a slow leak so I replaced it, Passenger a few months old). Rear Tires are 50% or more. No leaks, good condition.
4 Wheel Disc Brakes - Brakes are very strong and stop the truck with little effort. The brakes were very strong on the downhill grades even with a full truck and towing a car.
Clean interior - the interior is very clean - only minor issue is driver sunvisor fell down, I have not attempted to re attach it. It is included with the sale.
Clean 24" box - Aluminum floors (NICE) Aluminum loading ramp. Composite walls (NICE).
    Trailer hitch - 2 Ball.
I was skeptical about a gas engine truck as I have rented Penske diesel trucks for the past 3 moves across country. Here is what I have learned:
    1. Gas trucks accelerate faster. 2. Gas trucks have larger engines than the diesel engine trucks so they are typically stronger on the hills. I was going to take pictures of all the penske trucks I passed on the mountain passes as they were doing 20 MPH and I was doing 50. 3. Gas fuel is easier to find when refueling. 4. Gas trucks are cheaper to BUY - like right now. 5. Gas trucks do not require Diesel Exhaust Fluid - which if you run out then you are stranded.6. Gas trucks have almost zero maintenance (obviously oil changes) - Diesel trucks have complex turbo systems and exhaust particulate filters.7. Gas trucks can be serviced by anyone.
Again - I just drove this thing 3,000 miles pulling a trailer fully loaded and all I did was put gas in it.
Now on to the bad stuff: It needs an oil change. . thats it... I was going to change it, but I parked it in storage before I got around to it.
I have the title, weight slip, etc...
