2000 GMC C6500 w/ 24" Morgan Van Box and Hydraulic Gate7.4 V8 Gas Engine with a FRESH TOP END OVERHAUL - Strong Engine!24" Morgan Van Box with a Hydraulic Lift GateWe operate a food pantry and purchased this truck with the idea of picking up food at warehouses - we work with volunteers and most volunteers did not feel comfortable driving a truck of this size, so we purchased a E350 van and using a smaller cargo trailer. We cant afford the license and insurance so we are selling this truck. This truck had a top end overhaul (heads redone) plus other maintenance (roughly $ 5,000) and only a few miles since. Plus a newer control unit was installed. Doesn"t burn oil - very tight and strong engine!! Overall this truck is pretty good shape for being a 2000. It drives and runs down the road really good! Good steering and still some miles left in the tires. Starts right up. There is a small water leak in the cab, not sure if it the windshield or what - going after a rain we get a little water in the passenger floor board.
