Up for sale today is a 2000 GMC C8500 forestry bucket truck. This unit is powered by a 7.4 (454) fuel injected gas engine and it is followed up by a 6 speed manual transmission. This unit has 98,000 low miles to date and the unit runs and drives great. This unit is equipped with the bare essentials in the cab as it does not have A/C. The brakes are air and there is a pitle hitch on the back to pull your chipper. The boom is a Hi Ranger XT60/70 that has an elevator and an overall working height of 75 feet. This boom has a single man bucket with pistol grip controls and both booms go over center. The boom can be run by the 3 cylinder Kubota pony motor or off of the engine driven PTO. The chip box is 11" long and works well. This is a great opportunity to own a very tall forestry truck at a very reasonable price.
