The vehicle says it"s a C6500 on the hood badging, but the VIN# says it"s a C7500, perhaps someone swapped hoods? I got this vehicle from the original owner company in Odessa, TX where it has been it"s whole life, so it is completely RUST FREE! The CARFAX report I have and am happy to share with you shows where it"s been. It only has 133,000 original miles on the tried and true Caterpillar 3126 7.2L L6 turbo diesel engine, so it has TONS of life left in it! The GVWR shown on the stickers shows under 26,000LBS so it doesn"t need a CDL to operate.
I have some things getting done to it to get it looking super nice for you and operating at 100% and ready to work the day you get it! I just drove it out from Odessa, TX to KY and it had NO PROBLEMS at all. It drives really nice, the engine and transmission work perfectly together.
Here are some things that I"ve got done for it, or getting done for it over the next week:- Fresh synthetic oil change- Installing NEW chrome trailer tow mirrors that have integrated turn signals and back up lights to update the appearance (see 2 pics).
- Installing NEW chrome rim caps/inserts (see pic).
- Installing NEW bench seat upholstery that will look like the one pictured (see pic).- Installing NEW ultra-bright LED headlights to be installed (see pic).
- Fresh high performance gloss Black paint the front bumper, steps and gas tank to look as new (unless you prefer a different color).
- Fresh bedliner paint of the flatbed steel deck (steel is in excellent shape!).
