Up for auction is a 2000 GMC 3500 Service / Utility Truck
This vehicle has two owners, my previous employer who bought the truck new in 2000 and me. After my old employer retired he gave me the truck so I"ve been around this vehicle all its life to know that it has always been maintained properly. Reason for selling is I purchased a 2017 Ram Service Truck. I currently have the title in hand and in my name.
This truck made it within 250 miles of 300,000 before we lost compression in cylinder 3 and had to replace the motor on 8/15/17. The motor was replaced with a very nice used 5.7 Vortec which had 70,000 miles on it. The work was performed by the Truck Shop on miramar rd here in San Diego and the new motor has a 3 month warranty. The truck is back to running good and strong and ready to go another 300K. Other than the motor this vehicle is sold as-is with no returns or warranty. Test drives and viewing can be arranged.
