Functional light bar. 21 foot flatbed. All tires are 75% plus. Rollback and tow hitch (not cab) are newly painted with new side reflectors. Occasionally the starter fails to engage immediately (not a big issue) and there is a small hydraulic leak on the lift cylinders. Some scratches in paint on cab of truck - see pics for details.
