2000 Inter. 4900 DTE 466, 6+1, with 28 foot lower deck, and 13 foot upper deck. Both are aluminum decks. This is a Cheveron body with wheel lift and with 3 winches, 1 upper, 2 lower, all forward. 2 tool boxes, one each side, drivers side box has chain pockets on upper shelf, dividers lower. passenger box has shelf only. Truck has had two in chassis overhauls in its time, with the last one at around 427000 mileage . Trans has been replaced with a new, heavier duty model, as we had many problems with the original versions for the trucks. New clutch installed at this time as well. All this was done around the 391000 mileage. Engine has been up graded with larger injectors and remapping of the PCM. Radiator also was changed out at this time with a high flow one with larger tanks and cores. This FINALLY fix the cooling problems that these trucks had at higher speeds. Rubber is 80% or more. A/C Inop. all there, compressor mount bolt broke. Engine brake (Jacob"s exhaust brake) has been disconnected. Fixed many, many times though out the years. Jacob"s shit design, spring gets fatigued, and brakes, in activation cylinder, causing the exhaust plate not open back up.
