2000 INTERNATIONAL 4900 LEACH GARBAGE BODY, RUNS, DRIVES, PACKER BODY WORKS. THE TRUCK WAS BACKED INTO BY A DUMP TRUCK-LEFT SIDE HOOD DAMAGE, DRIVER DOOR WONT OPEN OVER 8 INCHES WIDE. NO PASSENGER SEAT. PACKER CYLINDER WAS REBUILT 9 MONTHS AGO, AS WELL AS ONE SWEEP CYLINDER. NEW REAR BRAKES AND DRUMS AT 85,543.
