Speedometer doesn’t work so odometer is not accuratePower steering doesn’t work well primarily at low RPM. May need a new pump. Transmission needs to be manually shifted into high gear. May need a solenoid.
As far as I am aware this vehicle doesn"t require a special drivers license to drive in the state of Michigan
