Truck is sold free and clear of all liens and encumbrances. Seller is not the manufacturer of this truck. Seller does not warrant or guarantee trucks fitness, condition, and or durability. Foreign Buyers are fully responsible for USC and US Sate Dept. compliance to include Part 29 of the title code. This truck is being sold as is, where is with no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected of the truck and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgment solely. The seller shall and will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with this Truck at the buyer’s request prior to the close of sale. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the truck.
Buyer may, at his/her option, inspect truck at Martinsville Indiana during the bid period. Upon successful bid and payment in full, Buyer shall remove and take possession of truck within seven (7) days. Buyer shall be responsible and liable for insurance, property damage and personal injury regarding and for said truck upon payment in full Buyer is responsible for taxes, registration and other fees required by law.
