Truck engine was rebuilt by Detroit Diesel (03/06/2014) and currently has 70K on the rebuild. New radiator, new turbo cooler, new A/C evaporator, new bunk A/C condenser, new clutch fan, new fuel pump, new fuel lines, new 5th wheel, new air ride drivers seat that reclines & swivels, and new batteries.
The truck has been off the road for 3-years in storage due to a shortage of drivers. It averages 6 mpg fully loaded. It is ELD exempt (electronic logging device) with manufactured showing 1999 built for the 2000 model year.
It was the last year Detroit Diesel was OEM on the Peterbilt.
THE TRAILER IS NOT INCLUDED, however, we will include a 2004 Cottrell high rail trailer that requires some work on the lower main rails that has weakness due to rust. The trailer just had one of the tandem axles changed ($6000) and has an air bag over ride system to raise the ground clearance over rail road tracks or any other low road clearances.
