Affordable fiber splicing truck time! This truck starts, runs and operates as it should. We are selling it running, driving and operating but the truck does need some TLC. Overall the truck is in fair condition but it is showing its age. The ABS brake light is illuminated and the seat has a substantial rip in it. The Ford V10 gasoline engine starts right up with no issues or hesitation. The automatic transmission shifts correctly through all gears. We"ve driven this truck a short distance and it goes down the road good for what it is. The truck is equipped with a Telsta 34" working height hydraulic boom that functions as it should with no major leaks or damage showing. This truck has been fleet maintained and owned. The exterior shows fair and is good condition but light scratches, dings and dents, minor body damage should all be expected. The interior is in fair condition with a rip in the drivers seat, otherwise in good condition. The truck has a fiber splicing body that allows you to splice wires inside at the work bench and store materials in the shelves. The inside of the box looks decent with no major damage showing. The floor was showing surface rust and has been painted over in white. We have not operated the air conditioning unit and do not know if it needs work to be used. The power inverter works. The frame and underside has surface rust showing but no major scaling. Most tires appear to be in good condition, about 40% tread remaining. The brakes feel good and the truck stops as it should. Hop in this truck and get right to work. Fiber splicing is hot right now and these trucks do not last long! I have more bucket trucks in various price and condition - ask about those. Great opportunity for an older fiber splicing lab truck that you won"t win any beauty contests in, but will get the job done.
