I have a 2001 International 4700 rollback It has a Dt466 that has been inframed rebuild. It has less than 1000 miles on rebuild and 215,000 on chassis. It has a new gauge panel cluster. Truck runs good. 21 foot steel jerrdan bed. The bed does have rust under it. It could use a new winch cable, never got around to do it. The winch works good. Put some time to clean up under the bed and you will have a good truck. Doesn’t stop the truck to be used now to make you money. You only have to worry about it if the rust bothers you. Please don’t bid if you are not ready to buy it.
