I have a 2001 International 4700 DT466E Bucket Truck. This truck as no mechanical issue at all. Everything works on the truck as it should there is no leaks of any kind and is ready to go to work. I have no need for it any longer i have had it for about 3 years and never had any type of issue with this truck. This truck does have a/c and it blows cold. All item works and this truck is very nice and well taken care of. there is some rust on tool bed boxes but is normal for the age of truck.
