Truck had a huge winch in front of bed. The winch has been removed, but the PTO and all of the hoses and plumbing are still there. The hoses are capped off, and can be put back into service very easily if something hydraulic needs to be installed, the fairlead roller is still attached to the rear of the truck and can also be easily removed if not needed.
