This unit is being sold As Is, Where Is, As Shown, With All Faults, If Any, Without Any Warranty Implied. It is your responsibility to view the unit if you so wish, or choose a mechanic to inspect it for you. You are welcome by appointment to do so prior to bidding.
Payment is due within seven (7) days of auction close. Payment must clear seller’s bank before the unit is released to shipper or buyer. BUYERS RESIDING IN NYS, MUST ADD APPLICABLE NYS SALES TAX TO PURCHASE PRICE. Unit must be picked up within fourteen (14) days of auction close, unless prior arrangements have been agreed upon with seller.
Buyer is responsible for any and all shipping costs and arrangements; however, I will assist in loading the unit onto any truck or trailer.
