Selling a one owner 2001 Sterling L8500 single axle day cab road tractor. It was a fleet truck since new and used primarily as a substitute when a truck went down. Clearly it did not run every day as mileage indicates. Mileage has been verified. Engine is a Cat 3126E with 250 hp and transmissioin is an Eaton 7 speed. Rear end is a Rockwell RS23160 with a 4.30 gear ratio. Truck starts, runs and drives.
It has normal wear and tear inside and out. One of the mudflaps is off but goes with the truck. The radio was removed. There is a data cord that is wired in if buyer wants to plug in their software or gps equipment. There is very minor surface rust on bumper and spots on truck.
I have had many of trucks out of this fleet and they are very reliable solid units. Title is clear and will be forwarded once truck is paid for and picked up. It is located in Carlstadt, NJ. $500 deposit will be due via Paypal within 48 hours from auction end and balance wired within 5 days of auction end.

Please feel free to view our feedback. You will see we received a negative comment several months back. It was the first and only negative thing that we have ever had against us. It was totally without merit and all ebay would allow us to do is to place our own comment below it. Apparently there is no way to expunge these type comments even when there is proof that they are false. Now all we can do is place this last paragraph in all our listings and hope that people can see by our history that it is rogue.
