This is a pre-emissions 2002 Chevy C-7500 rollback ramp truck. Now has only 2,700 miles ! YES, two thousand seven hundred miles on the odometer. Took it out a fw times to roll the tires over and stretch its legs. Special ordered in late 2001 through Buckler Chevrolet in southern Massachusetts. Many aspects of this truck are special order. The engine is a 3126 Caterpillar with 275 HP. Six speed manual transmission. 3.36 positraction rear axle with traction tires and Alcoa 22.5 alloy wheels all around. Twin 48 stainless steel tollboxes with right side retractable air reel plumbed in. LED strobe package. 24" Century diamond plate steel deck with 6 on center cross rails stationary headboard and removable side rails. All interior options with cloth bench seat still smells new. 33,000 GVW with air brakes.With this unit, you"ll get a truck that is less cumbersome to operate without the fuel additive provision and less excise tax. Also , one of the batteries is still original, the other went weak and was replaced. I do have the second original battery . Yes on heated mirrors electric idle control and recessed D-ring ports on the deck. We call this truck the lesson . Had a salvage business and wanted to go into the towing business when we had some extra funds. Purchased this truck new but never followed through with the towing course of action. The truck has been used only a handful of times- once in a 4th of July parade , once from central Mass to New Jersey and a few times locally. It has a few scratches on the deck but is otherwise like we received it in spring of 2002. Has been garaged always and never involved in an accident or insurance claim.
