2002 FORD E-450 SUPER DUTY VAN CHASSIS AMBULANCE.
We purchased this unit a number of years back as a third out truck and its still in service today as a front line truck. The chassis and module are year matching it’s a 2002 Road Rescue Ultra-Medic which at the time was the largest box you could buy with the following options.
· Ducted Heat/AC in the ceiling
· Quick load cabinet doors
· Large stainless steel work counter
· EMT seat with secondary counter
· Whelen front light bar
· Whelen Rear light bar
· Heated blanket shelf in bulkhead
· Electronic Oxygen valve
· See through bulkhead entry door cabinets with outside access.
· Duramat flooring with antiskid and stainless cot rests
· Full service history since the day it came off the plant floor
· 68 gallon fuel tank with winter package.
· Stainless steel wheel covers
· High amp block heater with remote switch.
· Stand by shore power 6000btu air conditioner unit for AC/with truck off.
· Custom built 10,000 lb 2” receiver hitch for towing and trailer wiring.
The transmission was remanufactured in 2013 when the truck had 203,891 (have receipt)
6 new Firestone TransForce Tires 8/8/13 less than 20k on the tires.
The service history binder comes with the truck and its very detailed right down to wiper blade replacement. Truck has been regularly serviced by Engine HOURS and by mileage whichever came first.
Oil changed every 400 hours or 5000 miles.
Front end work done in the last 24 months, ball joints and fresh front end parts typical of the E Series trucks. Diff fluid changed in 2014 and center carrier bearing on driveshaft replaced.
NEW AC compressor, dryer and charge in 2015. (Clutch failed on compressor)
New windshield 7/2016
Does not consume any oil or fluids of any kind.
All accessories such as cruise, AC ect all work as they should.
Front is your typical XLT trim, basic radio, carpet and cloth seats.
Body is in great shape, rocker rust spot on driver side door but not significant.
LED light package on front grill.
We are replacing this truck with a newer model, the oldest highest mileage is always the first one to be sold. This truck is dependable and will work grate for whatever service you choose to use it for.
THE TRUCK IS LOCATED IN CASEY IL AND MAY BE MOVED TO OUR DANVILLE IL OR GREENBAY WI OFFICE.
ARRANAGEMENT MUST BE MADE TO VIEW THE TRUCK AS IT IS STILL IN SERVICE.
