Bidding/Buying/Financing:
We reserve the right to cancel bids, sell here locally or end the auction early. This is an auction so please have your finances in order before placing a bid/offer. When you make an offer to purchase you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of this agreement. Include your contact information with your offer so we can respond to you in a timely manor.
Airport Service/Rental Car: Fort Myers, PBIA, Orlando
Closest airport is either Fort Myers or Orlando. Please use Enterprise or Budget with drop off in Sebring, FL. For your convenience, we offer complimentary pickup/delivery service from either of those car rental companies. We want to assure you the smoothest buying experience so if you have any questions, just call the office.
Shipping/Transport/Pickup:
Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. If you would like a shipping quote ask us prior to bidding. We will be glad to arrange shipping at buyer"s expense.
Any vehicle left after 15 days after purchase will be charged a storage fee of $10.00 per day when purchasing on ebay unless alternative arrangements are made prior to the sale.

Please call us with any mechanical questions before you bid! We pledge to do our best to describe the vehicle to you as accurately as possible and let you know of any flaws which may need attention.

FEES AND TAX INFORMATION:
We ask that you please contact our office within four hours of your purchase! Taxes are applicable to the county and state which the purchaser resides. All county surtax will be collected at the time of sale. A temporary tag fee will be issued when applicable. You must be 18 years of age to purchase without a co-signer. There will be a $150 Administrative charge for all purchases. All titles are mailed Federal Express or Express Mail Signed Receipt.
Out of State Buyers: Will be charged a percentage of Florida Sales Tax and the Remainder to be paid in your state upon registration.
If you are not taking possession of the vehicle in Florida you will not be responsible for Sales Tax in Florida. If you are Transporting the vehicle to your state, you will be exempt from Florida Sales tax.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are from a non-reciprocal sales tax state of West Virginia, Mississippi or Arkansas you will be responsible for Florida Sales tax and the sales tax in your home state if you are not transporting the vehicle.
TRANSPORTING: Transporting is the responsibility of the buyer. If you require assistance, let us know. Call our office at least five hours prior to having your transporter pick up the vehicle. All paperwork must be completed and received by our office prior to release of the vehicle. If you are hiring your own transporter, we will hold the vehicle for 15 days. After 15 days there will be a $10 per day storage fee unless alternative pickup arrangements are made prior to purchasing on ebay.
We are located in the small lake community of Lake Placid in Highlands County, Florida. Upon arriving at the airport, please use either Hertz or Enterprise, preferably Enterprise for your car rental. We offer complimentary pickup from Enterprise in Sebring!
The Orlando and Fort Myers airport are appx. 80 to 90 miles. If you prefer to be picked up at the airport via taxi/airport pickup call the office and we will be glad to assist with the arrangements. We use several airport transport companies which are available in Fort Myers.
