2003 Ford E450 Braun Ambulance 7.3L Diesel. This was in use as a Ambulance until this Past January. The certification just expired in May. According to the business owner, this was the most dependable, and preferred vehicle in their fleet. It has the 7.3L Turbo Diesel Engine, that was made by International Truck. You can do research on this engine and see that it is a bulletproof engine with expected life of 400-500K miles. As far as I can tell, everything is in good working order. All the lights, sirens, etc have been tested extensively by my 3 yo grandson lol. Engine starts right up and runs good. Very smooth, comfortable ride. Truck does have some rust along the rocker panels, and some surface corrosion on the aluminum body. The body was made by Braun Industries, of Van Wert, Ohio. Note that the box is tall, and a 6" person is able to stand erect while inside. Of course, being an ambulance, there are a ton of interior lights. There is a built in power inverter, an air horn.
