Truck will start and run. The truck was removed from service in January so the battery needed to be jumped when it was checked out. Buyer will need to be prepared with a jump box in the event site isn"t available the day of pick up to help. We can try and schedule pick up when help is available. You can see the jump box in a couple of the pics.
The truck was used primarily as a back up for many years. Miles have been verified from the fleet manager.
Only thing that was mentioned on inspection was a light on the dash. We pictured it. I called our local Freightliner dealer and he said 90 percent of the time that light is indicating either low coolant level or coolant level sensor is bad. Either way he said he had seen that light be a couple other sensors but that is not any type of engine problem. He said engine protection and engine problem are two different lights and mean very different things. We welcome any buyer to check with their local Freightliner dealer to verify what we are saying.
Truck will be picked up by appointment directly from terminal. I can be reached at 931-434-9503 or email with questions. $500 deposit due via paypal within 48 hours of close and balance due via wire transfer or paypal but buyer pays paypal fees on balance payment. Title is clear and clean and will be sent via usps within 7 days of pickup generally. Sometimes our clerk takes 10 days but that is rare. Please check our feedback and bid with confidence. High bid will win the truck so bid accordingly.
