NO RESERVE!!!Up for sale is a toter home and trailer combo. It started as a 1998 Sterling AT 9513 day cab with a c12 cat diesel engine and a 10 speed manual transmission that came out of Texas. In 2003 it was sent to Haulmark for the toterhome conversion. It currently has 645,000 miles. The engine doesn"t leak or burn any oil and fires up every time even after sitting all winter. Truck runs great and drives straight. Everything in the cab works as it should. Ac blows cold, heat is hot, radio, power windows, cruise it all works. Only issue with the cab is outside passenger door handle doesn"t work. In spring of 2016 it had all new tires, front end alignment, and a brand new rear end. Also has a Jakebrake installed. The 14ft box has everything youll ever need. Comfortably sleeps 5 has one slide out. Has gas and electric heat, ice cold ac, refrigerator, freezer, kitchen sink, microwave, in motion satellite, radio, and 2 tvs. Full bathroom with sink, toilet, and shower. 125 gallon fresh water tank, 125 gallon grey water tank, and a 75 gallon black water tank. 5 gallon water heater, 15 pound propane tank. 7000KW Generator. The trailer is a 2004 42ft Haulmark. Easily hauls 3 cars and plenty of room for tool box and golf cart. 4 post lift, winch, cabinets, electric jack, awning, and stairs to the level above the gooseneck hitch. Gooseneck level is 6 1/2 foot long. Trailer tires are 3 years old. We have owned it since 2007 and put about 70,000 problem free miles on it. We have used it every summer since 2007.
