This truck was owned by a local auto auction for fifteen years, prior to our purchasing it. It was used only for moving vehicles from their three storage locations, to and from the auction. It has not been used as a rotation truck or emergency response vehicle. This is a no rust California truck in great shape and it runs fantastic. You can drive it anywhere. It was recently serviced, has excellent brakes and new tires. It comes with chains, straps, broom, shovel, remote tow lites and everything you need to go to work the day you pick the truck up. I snapped several photos of the frame and you can see it is clean and rust free. We are located in northern California and that is the only reason we are selling the truck. In January of 2020 the DMV law changed here and we either have to replace the vehicle or add the DEF System to make it smog compliant. No other state requires this upgrade. We are selling the truck 5 years ahead of schedule for that reason only. The truck runs and drives absolutely perfect. We are a small used car dealership and the truck is used to deliver and pick up vehicles from our local auto auction. When we bought the truck we intended to keep it at least another five years. Unfortunately, our DMV regulations changed and it has forced thousands of diesel vehicle owners in this state to replace their trucks way ahead of schedule, whether they want to or not. You can bid on this rollback with complete confidence. There are three items that need attention and other than that, the truck needs nothing. The three items are, (1) There is a crack in the windshield, (2) The switch on the steering wheel that raises the PTO idle speed sometimes doesnt function. The PTO is electric shift and it works perfectly (3) There is a tear in the corner of the drivers seat. Read our feedback, we describe what we sell accurately. If the winning bidder flies in to our local airport, we will be glad to pick you up and you can drive the truck home. It runs down the freeway at 75 miles per hour, without a shimmy, shake or rattle.
