This sale is for a 2003 Sterling Acterra M7500 Box truck. This truck runs and drives great, it has a fully operational lift gate in rear and there is NO CDL REQUIRED. Please feel free to reach out to me with anymore questions. Thank you.
· We reserve the right to end the auction at anytime, as the vehicle is for sale locally.
· All vehicles are sold AS IS unless otherwise stated in the description.
· Final payment must be in the form of wire transfer, certified check, or cash.
· All purchases will require a $500 non-refundable deposit through PayPal within 24 hours of sale and remaining amount must be paid within 7 days of sale.
· Buyer must contact us by the end of next business day (see store hours) to make arrangements for payment, if no contact is made we reserve the right to relist the item for sale.
· Mileage reflects odometer reading when vehicle is put on lot for sale.
· We will not bring vehicle to other shops for inspection, all inspections must be done in house, we will be more than happy to reserve a bay for someone to come and inspect vehicle.

· ALL vehicles sold are subject to a $299 CT dealer conveyance fee.
· We will register vehicles if Connecticut is going to be the registered state, buyer is responsible for registration fees.
· Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.
· Please get pre-approval for sale amount before purchase if financing vehicle.
· If seller is outside of the state of Connecticut, sales tax will not be collected.
· Buyer is SOLELY responsible for shipping and any related charges.
· Buyer is required to complete release document before vehicle is picked up for shipping.
· Silas Deane Auto is NOT responsible for any damages done when vehicle is shipped.
