This is a great running pre smog 2004 Dodge Ram Laramie Package with onboard air for the exhaust brake (PacBrake) and Hellwig BigWig double convoluted air bags rated at 5,600 lbs for an extra smooth ride and ridiculous weight capacity (5,600 lbs plus stock springs that"s 7,600 lbs, so not a 1 ton truck more like a 3.5 ton) a brand new, never used UnderBed wrecker Repo lift with remote. Yes, not a misprint, never used, Brand New Lift, I had spine surgery and am unable to do this kind of work. Great timing right after I build my dream repo truck. Comes with brand new GoJaks set of 4, yes never used, model 6313 made to accommodate wide and narrow tires, they run about $1,000 for the set of 4. Under lifts are way better, I did my homework, you don"t have to stop at the truck scales and it doesn"t look like a tow truck, perfect for Repos, especially with the black lift and black truck.
I purchased this truck with 160k miles on it and the previous owner never towed with it, actually had a foot step in the tow receiver, I still have it, comes with the truck if you want it. It was his everyday driver. I have towed a 16" cargo trailer a few times, you forget your towing, ca hardly notice. I had the transmission rebuilt and spared no expense. As you probably know the transmission is the weak leak in the drivetrain, so I like to do it right the first time, so went with Goerend for the rebuild and torque convertor, billet input shaft and valve body. I also changed the gears to 3.42"s, way better gas mileage, around 22 to 24 mph average, and can cruise down the freeway at 70 mph just purring around 1,700 rpm. Those gears are optional on the new Dodge Cummins trucks. It runs much better with those gears, I love them. Had the onboard air installed with dual Vair pumps, you can adjust the air bag pressure with a switch and was needed for the Exhaust Brake made by PacBrake, $2k.
It will be a great Repo truck for someone, a full leather, Laramie Package Repo truck with a brand new lift, no hydraulics to inspect or repair, its band new. That makes a huge difference as you know, this truck has never towed yet, no worries about what did the previous owner tow, did he tow a bus and bend his frame, did he tow heavy and hurt the suspension? No worries here, never used. How much is peace of mind worth. With that said I have my truck priced very reasonably, in the lower range of a used tow (wrecker) truck.
The Dodge is fully loaded with all the bells and whistles like, 6 way adjustable leather seats, cruise control and everything you wish you had on a base model wrecker. You can look at my other truck I sold on eBay to see how I keep my vehicles, look up completed auction, item number: 17315869132 a 2006 Dodge Ram 3500 MegaCab, 36k miles, the blue one, yes took the pics at the same location.
I will work with out of state buyers, the truck doesn"t leave until the check clears. You see many similar trucks with over 300,000 miles that towed, who knows what and was driven by multiple drivers, and priced higher. So if you"re serious email me and we will see what we can work out. This truck will not waste your time, I"m very confident the first person who sees it will buy it, like the last truck I sold. I"m not a dealer, I"m a private party and Dodge Ram Cummins enthusiast.
