Up for auction is a 2004 Ford E450 type III Ambulance that was in active use until mid 2016. Vehicle was modified by Road Rescue, a company known for its emergency vehicle creations. The overall condition is good. Carpet is worn in the foot well area of the driver and passenger front seats. Engine runs strong and batteries are within a year old. Tires have good tread and hold air. Oxygen bottle bracket does not include bottle. The electronically contolled O2 valve system works flawlessly, Suction port is operational when appropriate suction bottle and valve are installed. Has variable rear lighting options depending on patient condition. Equipped with an onboard battery charger/inverter unit. Standard AC power plugs available for charging portable equipment if necessary. Unit is powered by a V8 6.0L Diesel Engine with a four speed automatic transmission. Comes with air conditioning. Rear heat and AC outlets with separate rear temperature and fan speed control. Dual front Airbags. Gray Cloth Seats up front. Vinyl covered jump seat at head of gurney along with vinyl side bench seats with storage space under the lift up seats. Sharps container holder in handrail of side door provides easy access without being in the way of patient care. White Exterior with gold colored trim. AM/FM. Power Windows/Locks.
