Up for bid is one very nice 2004 F550 bucket truck. It has the Terex Highranger 43" bucket. It has a large jib and also telescopes out. The bucket goes horizontally 180* as well as auto tilt. has start, stop, and aux power at both the stand station and the bucket, everything works.
Lift runs smooth, no squeeks, no problems what so ever. unlimited rotation, not just the 180 like some of them. No down riggers, it has special suspension added to truck to stiffen it and is very stable while 43" in the air. Have the bucket insulator for working on high voltage.
Truck has Auto transmission, shifts smooth through all gears.
Truck has only 108,103 miles! Lift has an incredibly low hour usage of 2900.1. This truck is just now broken-in!
brakes are all new, front tires have less than 800 miles on them, has newer batterys, lift oil was changed 2000 miles ago, E brake is all new, and i was told it had a new radiator, EGR cooler, and injectors when we bought it 5 years ago with 100,000 on it.
the A/C doesn"t work like it should, heater works great however, we just opened the windowsThe windshield squirter doesn"t work, no idea why, never really needed it, didn"t drive it in the rain. Theres a power inverter on the truck, it never worked since we had it, never looked into why. There may be more small things I can"t think of, but nothing that effects the truck or usage in any way. It is a 14 year old truck, It has some surface rust under it, it"s originally from PA, nothing to worry about but it"s not a rust free new truck..
overall this is one very nice truck, it can make someone a lot of money. It is a used truck though, don"t expect a 2018 truck for 2004 truck prices. the seat is ripped, there are signs of wear and tear.
