We are selling our 2004 E450 LifeLine ambulance. This truck is in great shape for its age. It started life with a volunteer EMS agency and saw little use. Then it was used at a racetrack for a few years, again seeing little use. Finally, I"ve had it for 2.5 years at an on-site agency where it saw little use. This would make an excellent IFT truck or campulance. The box is also suitable for use as a remount if desired. Here are the details:Mileage: 97,000Engine: 6.0 Powerstroke ( I think it"s a 6.0, but definitely not a 7.3)Package: Has Ford ambulance package (dual alternators, wiring, power control, etc). The box is in very good condition. It has seen very few patients. All medical equipment is installed and works (O2 system, truck suction, interior lighting). This would be a perfect remount box...inside it is very clean, very usable. All upholstery is intact. Includes bench, airway, and CPR seat. All doors on cabinets are present. It would make a perfect campulance. The exterior is in good condition. No body damage other than minor scratches and sun fading. It would need a paint job to be used by an agency along with new decals...it"s just a little on the faded side for a professional presentation. All exterior lighting works. Lightbar, corner, side, front and rear flashers are operational. Siren/PA works. Traffic director works. Airlift/lower works with the opening of rear doors. Known issues:Rear airbags leak down overnight. There"s a small leak somewhere in the air ride system, most likely at the valve or in a line as the bags look ok. There is an oil leak at the front of the engine. Our mechanic said it"s fairly common with this motor and estimated $500 to fix. It needs a heater core. The last owner bypassed it when the heater went out. We never discovered it until getting ready to sell it as we do not use the heater here! The tires are older. For a licensed EMS rig, tires will need to be replaced for insurance purposes. For private use, they are still serviceable (2014). There is a check in the right rear outer tire, too, but it has never buldged. The front seats have some damage. The ambulance did not get a lot of action, but it got a lot of ass time. We used seat covers and had no issue. The sale is for the truck only. Any items not attached to the truck in the photos do not go with it. The backboard, KED, and gurney (Stryker, manual) are available for an additional cost or make an offer as a package deal. The title is free and clear. No known damage history but I have never run a carfax or similar report on it.The vehicle is in Las Vegas NV area and can be delivered anywhere in the US for an agreed-upon fee or you can pick it up and drive it home.
