He purchased the truck 2 years ago and has only driven it about 400 miles since then . . illness is forcing the sale! It has new batteries, new starter and has been serviced. If you are in Oregon . . it can be classified as a heavy pickup if it is for private use. Can be used as a Western Hauler (hauling horses). He has the title in hand. He needs a cash deal.
