This step van runs and drives well. The 5.9L Cummins turbo diesel starts right up and sounds great. These motors are notorious for being extremely reliable, low maintenance and capable of hundreds of thousands of miles. The automatic transmission shifts smoothly and goes through all gears as it should. These step vans are in huge demand now as Amazon and Fedex grow as companies, plenty of work for subcontractors and third parties. This van is showing 309K miles but will be sold as true mileage unknown as Fedex typically replaces odometers. This W700 offers a 14" walk in style box (front walk thru & rear lift gate). The interior of the box is very spacious and provides many storage options with folding shelves along either side. The interior shows wear but no major damage or areas of concern. The exterior of the van is in overall good shape with light oxidation on the body and light damages to be expected. This was a previous Fedex truck, the decals have been removed but still faintly shows in some areas. The paint is in rough condition and could use a repaint or overlay due to previous company stickers. The frame and underside is in nice condition with only light surface rust showing. All tires appear to be in workable condition with wear showing, would need replacing soon. A Strattec keyless entry and ignition security system is installed on this van which is a very nice option to prevent theft. A key fob is used to open all doors and start the vehicle, all doors are automatically locked. The air conditioning blows cold and the heat blows hot.
