2005 Ford E350 XLT Super Duty Taylor-Made type III dual rear wheels 10,700 GVW ambulance with the 6.0L Power Stroke Turbo Diesel V8 engine and an automatic transmission. 263,375 miles. This was just taken out of service 12/2015 due to age. Loaded with power windows, power locks, power mirrors, AM/FM/CD/tape radio, air conditioning, cruise control, and a tilt steering wheel. The interior is in good shape and everything works well. The ambulance box is in good shape. The rear heat, rear air conditioning, oxygen set up, vent fan, vacuum pump, shore power, inverter, and all interior lighting are still present. The interior is clean. The exterior is also in good shape and there is no major body damage. It has a Code 3 light bar, Whelen LED perimeter lighting, and a Whelen siren and PA system all in working order. This ambulance runs and drives well, especially for the miles. There are none of the usual 6.0L problems. The engine fires right up easily and there is no excessive smoke. There are no check engine lights or any other sort of warning lights. The turbo spools up well and the engine has plenty of power. There is no blow by. It has been very well maintained and all recent service records are included. This is a great ambulance that is ready to be put back into service or convert it into a contractor’s cargo van. It does have some average wear and tear. The engine drips a little oil when running, but just leaves a small spot (seems to be coming from an oil cooler line). It is very minimal. The tires and brakes are fair. The ambulance box has some average scuffs, scratches, and surface corrosion. The inverter is there, but is not wired up and it has not been tested. The remainder is due within 7 days of the auction end. The remainder is to be paid in cash, wire transfer, or certified bank check only, no exceptions. This is due to the high Pay-Pal fees on vehicle sales. The vehicle must be picked up within 7 days unless prior arrangements are made. If the vehicle is left here longer than the 7 days without other arraignments made, it will be subject to a $20 per day storage fee. The mileage may vary slightly due to the vehicle being test driven throughout the auction. We do not charge any documentation fees, so there are no added costs after the auction. We reserve the right to end an auction at anytime due to the vehicle being for sale locally. We will entertain reasonable offers to end the auction early.
