Selling my "05 F550 4X4 because I am working in Iraq, and have no need for it for it to just sit.
I purchased the truck from Cutting Edge Diesel in Oklahoma, they specialize in the 6.0 diesel, and even drag race a Ranger named Deranged with a 6.0! It has had the ARP studs installed, EGR delete, new head gaskets, the usual things for bulletproofing the 6.0.
It runs like a champ, smooth as could be, and also shifts well. Brakes are good, and steering is tight.
Seat is in pretty good shape for a truck with 246k miles. The flatbed is a Bradford Built bed with the fold down sides and built-in hitches.
Tires are in really good shape. I just started the truck yesterday; it"s been sitting since August, and it started right up, even at 19 degrees!
Truck is currently in Princeton, Illinois about 2 hours West of Chicago on I-80. I am in town until the 23rd, but it"s stored in my sister"s building.
