2005 ISUZU NPR Box Truck Liftgate Reefer Box 42096 Miles 7.8L L6 DI Turbo Diesel
I"ve added some pictures of the inside of the box to this listing.
This truck came from a local university.
It has low miles (42096), and 6266 hours. So, it must have sit an idled more than your average vehicle. It was probably used just around campus.
I had a couple brake lines replaced.
It runs, drives, and stops well. It started on one of the coldest mornings this year, probably in the low 20"s or teens.
It has: a Supreme Kold King refer box, the cooling unit has been removedan Anteo brand liftgate, 6600 lb capacity
a rear view cameraautomatic transmission, was told by the mechanic that drove it back that it shifts very smoothly

good tires on the front, decent tires on the backa Jake brakea slow leak on what I guess is one (don"t know if there is more than one?) fuel filtera hole in the driver"s side floor board, it isn"t from the outside, must be from the driver getting back in after being out in the snow over and over, the rest of the body and frame is fine
The wheelbase is about 166.
The total height of the box is about 146 from the ground.
The total height of the box from outer bottom to outer top is about 99, the trim goes below the floor a few inches. The inner height from the ceiling to the floor is 94.
The inner width is about 93 the channel track takes maybe 1/2 away from that.
The bed length is about 18.5" on the outside. The length on the inside is a little over 17.5".
The floor is aluminum diamond plate.
The lift gate is sort of working, a wire has a bad connection. I"m going to see if there are any other loose connections, as, the controls would sometimes work and sometimes not. It may be the one connection still causing the trouble, not sure.
The control that tilts the liftgate back up against the box never did work on the control inside the box (there"s only one button for both tilting directions, so not sure how you dictate which way it tilts using that button, so maybe I"m the problem), it did work on the control box on the outside of the truck after a few minutes trying.
There"s a stablizer on the back for use with the liftgate, but I don"t see any controls for it.
The box door opens and closes fine. There are 3 lights in the box, one came on when I flipped the switch.
I"m hoping to change the fuel filter and patch the hole as well, but have been dragging my feet so these things may get fixed in the next couple of days, maybe not.
I may try taking care of the fuel filter, floor board and liftgate wire but wanted to go ahead and get this listed.
Cash upon pick up is the payment method, I asked the bank about certified checks and the bank rep said that there is still a risk with them.
I don"t want to hold it, just wasted a week trying that. If you buy it, be ready to pick it up with cash in hand.
