The unit being offered is a 2005 Mack CHN613 427. It is the last generation Mack engine before the MP REGEN. It has 12,500 lb. front axles / 40,000 Mack rears and is quipped with a recently rebuilt Eaton Heavy Duty oil cooled 10 speed. Belonged to a small family owned local hauling fleet pulling chip shavings with a walking floor and occasionally dump bucket work hauling light loads. I am the second owner, it was originally owned by a similar hauling company in North Florida that spared no expense on the original specs and in its service. We ran very exclusive contracts that paid good and we always kept our units in good condition through out my ownership. We"ve been running Mack"s ranging from the F models, MH, SuperLiner, R and CH for nearly 4 decades and are very knowledgable with them. Ive recently sold my business and this unit is the last and best piece of equipment to go. Our trucks always got paid first, theres no expense spared on our maintenance regimes which were all inside of the recommended service periods. All parts replaced are either OEM or ReMack and were conducted at our shop by experienced Mack mechanics or the Mack dealer. A list of the following replacement work and upgrades are follows and were conducted inside of a short time period, 2 years or sooner. New ECU and full wire harness, radiator and hoses, fuel injection pickup pump, air compressor, various O2 sensors, water pump and belts, headlights and bezels, full front to back computer balanced driveline including carrier bearing and u-joints, wheel bearings and seals, brake drums and shoes all axles, front to back matching virgin KELLY 11R/24.5 H rated tires 90%, both front and rear end top loaders ( All Mack parts) installed by the dealer including torsion bars, fifth wheel rebuild kit, entirely new PTO and hydraulic pump 4,000 psi plumed for both dump bucket and walking floor applications with all new hoses and fittings including new in cab control box and airlines, 3 of 4 suspension airbags recently replaced, Front hub caps. All fluids have been changed with premium lube including lube filters and air filter and 4 new premium batteries. Some minor issues that need correction are the filter tower base gasket that started leaking since sitting but very small amounts of oil and the windshield wipers mechanism which isn"t fully rotating for some reason. All can be corrected cheaply and easily but that"s it. This truck was never wrecked or damaged mechanically and pulls amazing. It was ordered to run like a workhorse and will take on any kind of hauling you require. It has a fantastic ratio for pulling hard through the low gears and an even better highway high range, it was ordered right. Rear end gearing is 3.86. Not a smoker or a leaker, the engines tight and always kept clean as well as the rest of the truck. An in frame was conducted at Lake City Mack around 250,000 miles prior to the current mileage without records the dealer tossed its previous records in the transfer but the mechanics remembered it well when I came and bought it and I don"t know too many 900k trucks that run as well as this one without one, I"ve never had a single issue with it major engine component wise so I took their word for it. It is currently being garage kept with the batteries charged only taken out a few times to run and keep fresh. This is a rare opportunity to grab a good one.
