Bought this truck and body for a winter project. Ended up not having time to work on it. To busy plowing snow. The bed is not operational on the truck. It is held down by U bolts. It would need to be finished to be set on the truck. The bed comes with a tool box and has a hydraulic tank. You would need to set it on the frame and put a PTO on the tranny and plumb it up. There is a small sleeper on it also which comes in handy for long trips and saves on the hotels. There is a lift axle also so you are able to gross more weight. This had meticulos maintenance done to it and was a driven buy one person who took great care of it. This was used for critical shipments. It has a limited edition cab. There is a new computer for the transmission on it as well as a new wiring harness and shift pad. The odometer was recently changed trying to figure out why it wasn"t shifting properly. They found it to be the tranny ECM. There was 310,138 miles on the truck when the odometer was changed. The transmission upshifts and downshifts very smooth. Has a nice running Cummins engine that doesn"t use any oil.
