Yes this is a 4X4 bucket truck!!!!! The truck starts right and idles nice and smooth. The truck runs great down the road. The motor is strong and the transmission shift smooth through all the gears. The 4X4 works as it should. The lockouts turn easily by hand. The truck comes with owner manuals to the tuck, PTO and bucket. This truck just came out of a fleet from Century Link. The truck is clean and ready to go to work. We drove the truck 1 1/2 hours on the highway at 60mph and it ran great with no issues. The interior and exterior is in great shape for the year and is nice and clean as seen in the pictures.
The upper and lower controls both work on the bucket.
