This is my 2006 Chevrolet C4500 Kodiak pickup truck. It"s a 6.6 liter diesel with Allison Transmission with exhaust brake. I am the second owner and am selling because I no longer need to use it to pull my RV. It"s the best truck I have ever owned. It is a tower"s dream and has no mechanical issues except that the front passenger door auto power lock button isn"t working. The exhaust brake is a big plus. The truck has cold air conditioning, power windows and doors, reclining front seats by Momo, and cruise control. A couple of things to note. As mentioned, there is a paint peel issue mostly around the windows and on the roof. Chevrolet had it under review for repainting but hasn"t given me an answer. Also, the previous owner ordered the truck without steering wheel and dash board airbags. That"s legal from the factory because of the truck"s commercial classification. The truck has air bag suspension which is adjustable for bed height but the truck doesn"t have the cab suspension. The seats are air ride. The rear bench seat is stationary and does not fold down. I put some chrome looking wheel covers on to dress up the wheels a little. This rig has a super tight turning radius and is blessed with absolutely blistering acceleration speed.. Truck gets about 13 to 15 mpg around town and about 8 to 9 mpg towing a 18,000 pound trailer. This truck really gets the attention because you rarely see them. People often stop to take a picture.
