What we have here is a very hard to find 2006 chevy c5500 crew cab 4x4 duramax. Has 235k and only 25000 on a reman engine. Just installed 2 new batteries and a new alternator. This thing is an absolute beast, 245 70 19.5 rubber that"s 60% up front and 40% out back. 4x4 works great. Runs and drives awesome. Just drove it over 600 miles with no problem. Runs 75 down the highway. Has a PTO on the Alison auto. Comes with a Western Ultra Mount Plow Mount that I special-ordered for another one of these that I had. All the lights work. The service body leaves a little to be desired.The last one of these I had I turned into a wrecker and it was a complete monster. That is what the flatbed came off of but I don"t remember the cab to axle so I will have to measure. This truck has a gvw of 19500. 53 gal fuel tank. Grille has a couple of cracks. Abs light is on for a left front wheel speed sensor. Has air ride front seats with manual fill. wouldn"t be too hard to add a 12-volt compressor. If you are unfamiliar with these trucks I took a picture next to my other Duramax for a size reference. The other Duramax has an 8 inch lift and 37s and is still tiny compared to this truck.
