It was purchased from a dealer (J&J Emergency Vehicle Sales) who specializes in Emergency Vehicle Sales. This vehicle was purchased as a brand new van. STAT Medical Transport has been the only owner of this vehicle. The vehicle is in good condition as reflected in the attached pictures. It recently passed a PA State vehicle inspection in May of 2020. The current Pennsylvania State Inspection sticker expires in May of 2021. STAT Medical Transport, LLC is now offering this vehicle for sale on ebay.
VEHICLE CONDITION: This vehicle’s engine and transmission operate properly. The vehicle runs smooth, has four tires in decent shape, and good brakes. Approximately 19,000 miles on the tires since installed. The transmission shifts through all gears without any major problems. The vehicle drives and rides nice without any noted issues. STAT’s vehicles are well maintained by an in-house fleet mechanic who does an excellent job keeping our fleet in tip-top shape.
The interior and exterior are clean and in average condition. Paint has some scratches from lettering / graphic removal, and some moderate rust and peeling around the doors and wheel-wells. Some rust was painted over with touch-up paint. – NO DENTS! This ambulance actually looks really good for being 14 years old! Please see pictures for details. The air conditioner blows cold air and was recharged in 5/2020. NO holes in floor between front captain chairs except for area where mapbook/radio console was removed. A console is available for installation if the buyer would want it. One radio antenna on roof, and one on front left fender. All are properly mounted with no water leaks. Front grill and bumper are in great shape!.
Newer tires with moderate use - approx 19,000 miles on the tires. The vehicle drives solid and tight. All interior and exterior lighting function properly. New siren installed in 8/2012. Oxygen system is fully functional. Just install an O2 tank and it will be ready for use. Suction/Vacuum device works well. Rico onboard suction and canister included with sale of vehicle.
This vehicle DOES NOT have an inverter, but is pre-wired for one should you need to install one. (We move our inverters from the old vehicle to the new vehicle). Floor of vehicle is in good shape, but slightly yellowed (like most older ambulances) from normal usage. Ceiling of vehicle is clean and in great shape. Rear step bumper is in good shape with no dents. Bench seat and captain seat in great shape! See pictures for details. Sliding plexi-glass on interior cabinets and partition in great shape.
