Tons of counter top space, almost 20 feet of it, four refrigerators, one cooler, , one warming/holding cabinet you can put hot food in and it keeps it hot, it has three sinks plus one hand sink, a hood venting system that draws the smoke out through the top, good interior lighting, a 20,000 Watt diesel generator that runs great but you have to have the main engine running to get enough juice to start it because the battery is a little weak. The battery is a little weak but is able to start the truck but not the generator. The battery goes down if you do not use it. A new battery will fix that issue. Also there is a 55 inch TV next to the serving window that you can plug your laptop into and it can display a slide show of the food and menu or anything on your computer. Or maybe you could plug an antenna into it and display Television, maybe a sports game or something to attract people.
The truck has 210,000 miles on it; a new engine was installed 30,000 miles ago. The engine runs great, the check engine light does come on at times but the mechanic says it’s a worn out gas cap, The truck drives good, the brakes, tires; lights and steering are also all good. The registration expired in June 2017.
