2006 Ford E350 MedTech Diesel Type-III Ambulance (91K Miles). This vehicle is being sold by a volunteer squad who has operated it since 2012 and is the the second owner. It had approximately $800 in brake work done last month. All LED lighting, new paint/striping, and a Federal Signal Smart siren were added when it was acquired by current owner in 2012.
It is in good overall condition with the exception of a check engine code: “P0405 Exhaust Gas Re-Circulation Sensor -A Circuit Low”. I’m not sure what this code indicates, but it hasn’t affected its performance or prevented its use as an emergency vehicle.
It also has an issue with the operation of the driver"s door power window operation (A new motor was installed, but the window does not go up/down properly.) All portable equipment, supplies, and patient transfer devices will be removed prior to sale. The mobile radio and on board oxygen regulator are not included in the sale and will also be removed prior to sale.
