This unit was removed from service within the last month due to one of the companies locations no longer being cost effective so all of the vehicles from that location are being liquidated. Several units are being sold, please see my other auctions for the other units currently available.
This has a powerful Powerstroke turbo diesel engine. It fires right up and shifts through the gears very well. The air conditioning is very cold, power windows and locks work well. The power lock button operated from the cabin is integrated into all of the exterior doors and storage compartments (If equipped, battery box has its own locks which I have to see if I have the correct key). The steering, brakes, suspension, driveline, bushings, and other wearable parts are very tight. It does not have any odd thuds, clunks, or operate with any obvious signs of heavy usage.
The exterior is in good condition, the paint shines well. The blue and red on the exterior is paint, it is not vinyl. The graphics have been removed off of the vehicle but if you look hard enough you can see part of the outline where they were. It will have minor scratches, chips, and dings consistent with a used vehicle. All of the lighting and sirens work to the best of my knowledge. Per ebay rules the flashing lights will be temporarily disabled when you pick the vehicle up.
This has been meticulously maintained since it was purchased new. A new transmission and starter were installed at 429k miles totaling just over $5k. The engine was replaced at 278k miles with a reman Ford unit along with the motor mounts, starter, power steering hose, radiator hoses, coolant hoses, idler pullies, tensioner, which repairs totaled nearly $22k and I also have that receipt. At 429k the transmission and mount were replaced at a cost of over $4700 and I have the receipt. At 450k the radiator hoses, water pump, thermostat, belt tensioner, belt, idler pullies, intercooler pipes, alternators, and degas bottle were replaced totaling nearly $5k of which I also have the receipt. Those were the major repairs, not normal maintenance or wearable items such as suspension, brakes, shocks, fluids, etc. The vehicles emergency equipment is all intact and functioning with the exception of the 110v inverter. That has been unplugged and removed, no wires were cut or damaged in this process. So the 110v outlets in the rear of the unit will not be operational, I have seen inverters that are specific to the ambulances sell for around $150 here on eBay.
The interior is in good condition with normal wear and tear but nothing obviously broken, if it is it will be mentioned in the video or shown in the pictures. The power windows, locks, air conditioning, and cruise control all work well.
Please see all pictures, watch the video, and ask questions! This is described to the best of my knowledge, it is however a vehicle and things do break and wear out. Considering the mileage this vehicle has I would say its in very good condition.
This vehicle comes with a clean California title, current registration, and a valid smog certificate if the buyer is in the state of California. All vehicles are sold as is where is, no warranties or guarantees of any kind. The vehicles are described to the best of my knowledge.
A $500.00 deposit is due within 24 hours after the auction has ended, full payment must be completed within 7 days after the auction has ended.
