Up for sale is a fully equipped 2006 Wheeled Coach E350 Type II ambulance. It has 188,787 miles, and has the 6.0 diesel. The service I bought it from told me that they believe that before they got it, it received an engine replacement (they bought it roughly 10,000 miles ago) but I have no paperwork on that. The truck is fully equipped with lights, siren, Vertex Standard radio, Lifepak 12 monitor/AED (with all accessories and wireless transmitter), portable suction, Stryker stretcher, backboard, stairchair, and onboard suction (if you know this equipment, you"ll know the stretcher, Lifepak and suction are high-price items). Everything works: the lights, the siren, the radio, both suction units, the stretcher, and so on (however, the medical equipment is sold as-is). The truck starts right up and runs great, I drove it over six hundred miles when I bought it with no issues and decent fuel economy. I recently replaced both batteries with heavy-duty replacements (~$600), and I also had the fuel pump and fuel filters replaced (~$1100). I also just had the batteries replaced in both keyless entry remotes, and it has new headlight bulbs.
The truck does have a check engine light for the EGR valve, which is common for the 6.0 and the dealer quoted me roughly $200 to fix it. Due to the cost of the fuel pump, I couldn"t address it; however, it does not interfere with the truck"s operating condition. All lights work, truck drives smoothly, everything in the patient area works (lights, inverter, suction, fan, climate, etc.). The truck is in very good condition cosmetically, with only a few small spots of surface rust and no rot, the frame is also in very good shape. Please look at the photos to see the condition. A common place for these trucks to rust is the doorsills above the running boards, however, the pictures show them to be in excellent condition. This is essentially a turnkey ambulance, and would be great as a backup truck, transport truck, or truck for a service on a budget. Yokohama tires have approximately 40% remaining. Clear title in my name. Ambulance is sold as-is, where-is, with no claims or warranties expressed or implied, both for the truck and for the medical equipment. Buyer is responsible for picking up or shipping and prompt payment, I can recommend several shipping services if need be. I can provide videos of it running and the lights on request, as well as additional photos. Please email me with any questions and I will do my best to answer them. This is an affordable truck which will serve a service well, and I have done my best to represent it accurately.
