2006 Ford E350 Marque Type II ambulance with the 6.0L Power Stroke turbo diesel V8 engine with an automatic transmission. One owner with 342,300 miles but still going strong. The driver’s compartment is loaded with power windows, power locks, power mirrors, AM/FM/6 disc CD player, air conditioning, cruise control, and tilt steering wheel. The interior is in good condition and clean. Everything works well. The ambulance compartment is also in good condition and everything is still hooked up. The oxygen set up, dome lights, shore power, vacuum pump, exhaust fan, and inverter are all functioning well. The exterior is also in good condition and the paint shines well. It has a Whelen strobe light bar, Whelen LED perimeter lights, Whelen exterior floodlights, and a Carson siren PA system. This ambulance runs and drives well for the mileage. The engine starts right up, idles smoothly, has no leaks, and no smoke. There are none of the usual 6.0L issues. There are no misses, hesitations, or noises. There are no check engine lights on. The turbo spools well and there is no blow by. The engine still has plenty of power. The transmission shifts well. It drives nicely on the highway. This would make a good cargo work van for a contractor, plumber, or for roadside assistance. It could make a good camper or mechanic truck as well. It does have some average wear. The airbag light is on (I haven’t looked into it). The exterior has some usual dings and small scratches. There is some surface rust and small bubbling starting on the rocker panels, quarter panels, and bottoms of the doors. It isn’t terrible and there are no rot holes. The emergency brake is a little weak but still works. The key does not unlock any of the doors but I do have two keyless entry fobs that either need new batteries or need to be programmed. The remainder is due within 7 days of the auction end. The remainder is to be paid in cash, wire transfer, or certified bank check only, no exceptions. This is due to the high Pay-Pal fees on vehicle sales. The vehicle must be picked up within 7 days unless prior arrangements are made. If the vehicle is left here longer than the 7 days without other arraignments made, it will be subject to a $20 per day storage fee. The mileage may vary slightly due to the vehicle being test driven throughout the auction. We do not charge any documentation fees, so there are no added costs after the auction. We reserve the right to end an auction at anytime due to the vehicle being for sale locally. We will entertain reasonable offers to end the auction early.
