This is a 2006 LifeLine Type III ambulance on a Ford E-450 chassis. This unit was just removed from service. Company logos will be removed prior to sale. Per eBay policy, all emergency equipment has been disconnected. This is a strong running unit that has served us well for many years. The vehicle was maintained by a Master Diesel Mechanic every 5K miles. Please see below for features and known issues:
Features:LED exterior lighting with halogen flood lights.Power inverter.All ambulance functions are working (Suction, oxygen system ,etc)4 Ohmeda oxygen ports (EMT desk (x2), ceiling, curb side.Lots of interior compartments.Heat/AC in the Patient compartment work well.Issues:Has oil leak. Per mechanic, it needs the lower valve cover gaskets replaced.Needs a new serpentine belt.Oxidation under paint around door handles and hinges.Some rust on cab above windshield and bottom of doors.
This is a well used unit, but it still has lots of life left. We have put a lot of money into this truck over the years to keep it running strong! Maintenance records available upon request.
