We took this unit in on trade out of our service department. The customer didn"t want to fix it so we traded them out of it and we spent the money to fix it up. When it came in it was running but it smoked when warm. We ended up tearing it down to replace the turbo and found the head gaskets were also leaking. While we were in replacing the head gaskets we went ahead and replaced the oil cooler and EGR. Long story short it has been almost completely rebuilt
ALL REPLACED May 2015:*Head Gaskets*Turbo*EGR *Oil Cooler*all other gaskets and seals when we tore it down
It now runs out great and other than some minor cosmetic issues (in photos) it should be ready to roll for you.
This Truck body was built by KNAPHEIDE in St Louis Mo. At the time this was the most optioned out box you could buy.
