NEEDS REPAIRS.
The estimate for this truck states the turbo vanes are sticking, causing a rattle sound from the turbo. Its possiable that a cleaning would fix this, but I would err on the side of cause and say will probably need a turbo.
Good shape other then that as you can see in the pictures.
